well i am moving along  still sore but am able to a quite a bit now   still using smaller contaners cant lift anything very heavy not even a half gallon of milk....using these pint/one liter like container  and smaller tubberwares  cant really cookfor myself yet so hubby cooks the food, and i just can microwave. I am able to make some of my crds and such now  though only a few at a time.

i get up and down on my own 98% of the time now...

and can sit an type a for a little bit longer each day gets better.

still have trouble with a lot of stuff.

but I thank God for where I am at.. and that the doctors got it before it bursted.
